Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity! This is a full time, third shift position working, Monday - Friday: 9:30pm-6:00am.

• Supervise various personnel related activities such as Time & Attendance, Staffing, Employee Relations, Training and Performance Appraisals
• Partner with Planning, and Team Leaders, support engineers, and First shift supervisor to facilitate execution of the manufacturing schedule
• Partner with HR and Operations Manager to lead the hiring process for new production personnel
• Develop and mentor personnel by providing coaching, guidance, and training
• Develops training materials and aides
• Ensure adequate capacity and utilization using quantitative analysis
• Proactively enforces a safe work environment by identifying and resolving risks and monitoring personnel to ensure all safety precautions are in place and being followed
• Develop, compile, and communicate Shift reports, metrics, and measures
• Resolves or escalates issues in a timely manner, often involving the Operations Manager
• Leads daily work areas huddles/white board meetings
• Other duties as assigned by management
