Responsible for ensuring compliance with the customer supplied drawing as well as quality notes and dimensional measurement requirements. The Quality Inspectors will utilize multiple visual inspection devices and measurement tools determined by the specific needs of each Job. Perform final inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards Record inspection results and communicate with production team on any necessary adjustments. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in the products. Ensure compliance to safety regulations and company policies. Assist in training new inspectors on quality standards and inspection procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issue. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and reduce waste. Complete any additional Quality Related Tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from standards. Experience using measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting inspection results.
