Micro Tech is looking for a Tool and Die Maker for a growing manufacturing company in the South Shore, MA area. Direct Hire opportunity with benefits available after 30-days. Full time and first shift, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.

• Restores and rebuilds injection molds by coordinating welding, machining, rework, polishing, and finishing processes to achieve specified surface finishes

• Accurately fits, assembles, and tests mold components to ensure proper functionality and performance

• Confirms that repaired injection molds and related tooling meet required specifications by inspecting dimensions, alignments, and clearances using precision measurement tools, consistently maintaining tight tolerances

• Interprets and analyzes blueprints and technical drawings; provides recommendations for design enhancements when necessary

• Maintains a well-organized inventory of spare parts at appropriate stock levels to support maintenance and repair operations

• Operates various machining equipment, including surface grinders and drill presses, to achieve defined dimensions and finishes. Tasks may include cutting, milling, grinding, or modifying components as required

• Other duties as assigned by management
