We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable SMT Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate SMT machines to assemble circuit boards, perform inspections, and ensure production quality meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow oven, stencil printer)

• Load components and feeders onto machines

• Inspect boards for defects using visual and automated inspection tools

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Follow production schedules and work instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
