Seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in South Shore, MA! This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and paying $70,000.00 per year depending on experience. 

  • Supervision of all functions in warehouse to include: scheduling/detailing, work load assignments, wire replenishment and closing work tickets
  • Assist in the management of the inventory and its accuracy
  • Protect Company assets from theft and damage
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Train and continuously develop new and existing employees
  • Support Company's warehouse team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency
  • Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years prior experience in a supervisory position or equivalent
  • Experience with RF picking and receiving
  • Previous experience with warehouse personnel and equipment in a supervisory capacity to include: machinery, fork trucks and high reach trucks
  • Must be able to perform heavy lifting throughout the day (50 pounds regularly)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (Epicor, Eclipse MRP system a plus)
  • Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Must speak, read and write English
  • Must have good math skills
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be safety oriented
