Manufacturer of high quality, specialty and all-natural food products and is hiring a Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity on the overnight shift!  We are looking for an individual who has experience in food manufacturing and looking to train and mentor current Production team. Pay is depending on experience starting at $30/HR+ on a direct hire opportunity. 

Responsible for overseeing daily production operations and team activity in the mixing/blending room, ensuring all schedules, procedures, and quality standards are met.

Job Duties:

• Train, lead and manage overnight production staff
• Plan production schedules with leadership
• Oversee execution of formulas, staffing, and efficiency
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Develop training programs to educate all associates on the proper procedures
• Ensure that all the programs and procedures are being followed
• Ensure that all documents are filled out daily
• Ensure that all FDA and NOP Standards are met
• Supervises product development and documents the recipe
• Contributes to the overall management of the Company
• Member of the food defense team
