The position requires assembly of machined parts and alignment of mechanical assemblies.

Perform precision measurements of ultra-precise machined parts. Position will require troubleshooting, calibration and testing.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with similar work assembling electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
    • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Able to read Bills of Materials, Assembly drawings and wiring diagram prints.
  • Able to follow documented testing and qualification procedures.
  • Able to work with a variety of hand tools is a must.
  • Past experience with statistical analysis is a strong plus
  • Past experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerances is a strong plus.
  • Past experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is a strong plus
