Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, fire safety, electrical distribution and building maintenance.
Manage service providers, vendors and contractors to support maintenance and repair of HVAC, Fire Safety, waste management, cleaning staff and other related facilities systems.
Promote energy efficiency and sustainable building practices leveraging data and analytics to improve facility performance. Manage equipment end of life and replacement strategies.
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, fire safety, electrical distribution and building maintenance. Experience with Geothermal systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of how to operate digital tools such as computers, smartphones and CMMS application(s). Able to generate reports, analyze trends, and assist management in making proactive maintenance decisions.
Working knowledge of electrical systems (208V and 480V systems), including sensors, wiring, and testing with diagnostics tools (i.e multimeters, anemometers, manometers).
Strong vendor management skills, including ability to evaluate, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors.
Ability to lead facility upgrades, renovations, or new installations from planning through execution. Experience with capital projects is a plus
