Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the removal of post machine burr and assisting, as needed, in the Processing Department.  This area of the Metals Department is responsible for removing any residual “burr” after material/parts have been laser cut.  The removal of this excess substance can be done in a number of methods, depending on job instructions.  (ie).. Metal filing; palm sanding; grinding equipment; tumblers or liquid cleaners. Mechanical ability. Ability to read/understand written work instructions. Document work performed. Continuous job improvement (minimize deburring time; better ways to perform job). Time Management.
