We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing headsets and related equipment returned by customers. The technician ensures all products meet quality and performance standards before being returned. Receive and complete repair assignments from the Repair Tech Lead. Diagnose, repair, and retest products to confirm functionality. Gather needed parts and monitor inventory levels. Maintain accurate repair records and prepare completed items for shipment. Pull approved headsets from shelves and organize for repair.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; electronics training preferred. 1–3 years of experience repairing or assembling small electronic components. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Comfortable in a steady-paced production environment.
