The technician ensures all products meet quality and performance standards before being returned. Receive and complete repair assignments from the Repair Tech Lead. Diagnose, repair, and retest products to confirm functionality. Gather needed parts and monitor inventory levels. Maintain accurate repair records and prepare completed items for shipment. Pull approved headsets from shelves and organize for repair.
