replaces and repairs shafts, bearings, sprockets, gears, chains, conveyor belts, casters,
wheels transmissions, rollers, air cylinders, pistons, valves, hydraulic parts, pumps, belt
drives on bakery equipment, packaging machinery and production support equipment.

 Set-up of productions support equipment such as freezer, slicer, conveyor, seeder, metal
detector, extension cords, water lines and compressed air lines.

Other duties include assisting refrigeration technicians and
electricians in building systems, operations, and preventive maintenance
