Job Title: TIG Welder

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll perform precision welding operations to create high-quality parts and assemblies used in our custom manufacturing projects. You’ll work from blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy, strength, and a clean finish—helping us deliver the craftsmanship and reliability our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals according to specifications and blueprints.

Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance; make corrections as needed.

Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and job travelers to complete each project correctly.

Prepare, fit, and tack parts prior to final welding.

Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition.

Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals.

Keep a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.

Accurately complete job paperwork and enter labor information into the manufacturing system.
