Summary of primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical systems.
  • Identify and repair electrical faults and anomalies.
  • Install and configure new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Capabilities:

  • 5-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment or similar complex machines.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot down to the component level.
  • Experience using a CMMS software and JDE or similar.
  • Advanced electrical troubleshooting on three phase, 220-480VAC equipment
  • Advanced electrical troubleshooting on low voltage (12-24 VDC) components
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings as well as the ability to understand and follow oral and/or written instructions given in English.
  • Must be able to diagnosis electrical and mechanical issues without using a schematic or drawing.
  • 5-10 years of experience troubleshooting Fanuc controls/motors and PLCs
