The Production Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely product delivery. The primary responsibilities include developing production plans, coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, and resolving scheduling conflicts to meet production goals and deadlines.  The role requires a data-driven approach, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and strategic analysis of market and cost factors to ensure pricing aligns with product value and overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as management or production control, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in production, logistics, or a similar industry role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues, such as production delays, and make necessary adjustments to the schedule.
  • Immediate Microsoft Excel experience needed: ability to create, format, and save simple spreadsheets
