We are looking for Maintenance Mechanics to work on an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift) Ideal candidate will work contract to hire. 

The Maintenance Mechanic responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers
Hours MAY include either a Friday 11:30pm to Saturday 8am OR Saturday Night 11:30pm to Sunday at 8am.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed to maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee emergency repairs and ensure minimal downtime in production operations
