Shipping, Receiving, & Inventory Control

  • Ensure all shipping and receiving tasks are completed in accordance with work instructions and order-specific instructions, assist as needed.
  • Monitor enroute shipments and react to shipping disruptions promptly and proactively.
  • Ensure material is staged for production as needed by the production team, assist as needed.
  • Execute cycle count program and lead inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory put-away and production recycling programs.
  • Manage timecards, overtime, and time-off for your team.
  • Maintain, modify, and create work instructions as needed.
  • Provide customer support by completing documentation as requested.

Requirements

Purchasing:

  • Obtain quotes, review for accuracy and exceptions, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Create and issue purchase orders for materials and services.
  • Generate reports and monitor supplier performance, escalate delays to the supply chain team.
  • Develop and implement supplier scorecards.
  • Resolve shipping and invoice discrepancies and sign off on invoice accuracy.
