We are currently looking for first and 2nd shift Test Technicians to work in the Westboro Ma location. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills:

The Test Technician is responsible for performing tests on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies, specifically in a high-volume, electronics contract manufacturing environment using Surface Mount Technology (SMT). This role involves ensuring that products meet the required standards for functionality, quality, and reliability. The Test Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, using automated test equipment (ATE), and supporting the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Inspection:
Perform electrical, functional, and environmental tests on PCBs, assemblies, and finished products, including using test jigs, automated test equipment (ATE), and in-circuit testers (ICT).
Run functional tests for assemblies built using SMT technology, ensuring that all components are working within specified parameters.
Conduct visual inspections using microscopes to verify the quality of SMT soldering, placement, and assembly.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and troubleshoot failures in SMT assemblies, including analyzing schematic diagrams and component datasheets to identify root causes.
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers
