We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor - Day shift to be based in distribution facility. This person will oversee Day shift operations. This person will be responsible for managing the functions of the distribution floor to aid and improve the operational performance of the facility. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you’ll do:

Supervise hourly manufacturing team members
Schedule and assign work tasks to meet production goals and objectives
Create and modify standardized work and ensure consistent application by all team members
Provide technical expertise in all responsible areas
Ensure products are prepared according to requirements and ready for on-time delivery
Maintain ERP system, develop and maintain master data
Ensure coordination between Planning, Scheduling, and Operations to achieve KPI goals
Maintain and be accountable for KPI reporting while actively participating in Lean Daily Management activities
Maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tracking of delivery metrics to ensure strong customer service
Identify and execute opportunities for improvement through Kaizen and team-planning participation
Partner with EHS and/or HR support to investigate, resolve, and provide corrective measures for accidents, injuries, production, and personnel issues
