• 5+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role

Production & Assembly  

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, quality rates, and downtime.
• Utilize production tracking systems and digital tools to monitor workflow and report issues.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain equipment in safe and operational condition
Team Leadership  

• Identify training needs and support career development plans for team members.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure balanced workloads
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
