Variety of jobs within the department to make sure that all orders are shipped accurately daily.  Additional responsibilities for this role include stock levels of materials, database entry, internal customer contact, strong communications and organizational skills. Screening of sales orders before scanning into our internal database to ensure all items are correctly shipped. Accurately read sales orders before boxing of product and ensure sales order numbers are recorded on the outside of the box. Responsible for picking the product for all sales orders and for updating count sheets on products that are on pallets. Inventory of boxes and stocking of boxes. Make packing materials daily or as needed. Report to Order Control all inventory discrepancies. Help shipping with end of day (boxing orders, assist loading daily shipments).
