Manage the end-to-end activities for job description database implementation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure job content, structure, and organizational alignment. Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking using market data and compensation surveys. Populate and manage job descriptions within the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop and document governance frameworks, processes, and system integrations for ongoing job description management. Track and report on job-related data, ensuring data accuracy and supporting HR processes.

 

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years in Human Resources or Finance, with at least 5 years of direct compensation experience. Proven experience with job evaluations, job leveling, and compensation program management. Strong proficiency in benchmarking using major compensation surveys and market data. Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation modules, including data navigation and reporting. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and task prioritization. Strong analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (formulas, vlookups, data analysis). Knowledge of compensation regulations, governance frameworks, and HR data systems.
