Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, storing, pulling and shipping of  product and orders for customers. Supervise employees and manage work flow efficiently and effectively.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Performs  power industrial truck safety checks
• Verifies quantities picked to actual order, checking for shortages and/or damage.
• Uses power industrial/material handling equipment to move pallets to dock or dock to delivery truck when short staffed .
• Oversees receiving of merchandise, properly checks and assigns stocking tasks
• Assists in training new hires and reporting disciplinary issues to Warehouse mgr
• Ensures staff adhere to all established safety rules and regulations. 
• Computer/RFE skills to coordinate shipping and inventory tasks ( Infor M3 ERP system)

Requirements

• 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience 
• High school diploma or general education diploma.
• Ability to operate power industrial and material handling equipment.
• Ability to maintain computerized logs and records.
• Ability to supervise other employees and display good decision making.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Proficient in math skills to include units of measurements, multiplication, division and subtraction.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
