We are looking for someone detail-oriented who can take responsibility for the inspection room day to day operation and grow into broader ISO and quality system ownership over time. This role begins with hands-on inspection and develops into ownership of ISO 9001 quality processes, customer documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are a high-precision, low-rejection shop producing tight tolerance components for demanding customers. Quality is central to our culture and reputation. Oversee daily organization and workflow of the QC room. Perform in-process and final inspection of precision machined components. Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T. Conduct First Article Inspections and balloon drawings. Prepare and review certification packages. Maintain inspection records and documentation flow. Support machinists with quality-related questions. Assist with CMM inspection (programming experience a plus). Maintain a structured, organized, and accountable inspection environment.
