Contract Manufacturer needs Maintenance Technician This is a temporary to permanent position working full time, Monday through Thursday 6:30AM-4:30PM with overtime availability. Once converted permanent at the company, you will receive benefits and quarterly bonuses.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance & repair of electro-mechanical equipment
  • 3-5 years’ experience in facility maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints & perform basic shop math
  • Basic machining skills (manual mill, lathe, etc.)
  • PLC wiring & programming experience (considered a plus, but not required)
  • Maintain, repair & improve production machinery, fixtures & jigs
  • Fabricate new production/process equipment, fixtures & jigs
  • Aid in the overall maintenance of the facility
  • Aid in product development & testing
  • Handle additional assignments as required

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance & repair of electro-mechanical equipment
  • 3-5 years’ experience in facility maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints & perform basic shop math
  • Basic machining skills (manual mill, lathe, etc.)
  • PLC wiring & programming experience (considered a plus, but not required)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to perform all duties as assigned by management
  • Ability to perform repetitive production assembly as necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
