Experience having operating optical coating vacuum deposition chambers and coating experience in an optics industry.  In the absence of this skill set however we will consider folks with transferable skills such as CNC experience, hands on mechanical experience, complex machine operating experience.  Apply your skills to operate Coating Chambers with precisely defined configuration. Capture and analyze data, including yield trends, and deviations to uphold quality standards. Collaborate with the Process Engineers to continuously improve processes. Contribute to the maintenance of procedural documentation
