Associate will be performing both assembly and material handler responsibilities:

Assembly / Production:

• Assemble electro-mechanical units using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build instructions.
• Perform quality inspections, document results, and maintain traceability of parts and work orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 6S standards.
• Follow written work instructions and enter data into ERP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.

Material Handling / Warehouse Support:

• Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to production workstations.
• Perform kitting, labeling, and line-side replenishment.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning.
• Support inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations.
