  • Conduct mechanical and quality inspections on components and finished products.
  • Use blueprints, design sketches, and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform in-process, final, and outgoing inspections to ensure products meet all quality requirements.
  • Document inspection results and identify areas of improvement for the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work under general supervision, while adhering to established procedures and safety standards.

 

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical inspection skills.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and SPC its application in mechanical inspections.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Metrology or Inspection field.
  • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 or ISO9000 is desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
