We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality for our client located in the Westboro area.

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC, or industry-specific standards).

• Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across the manufacturing process, including incoming inspections, in-process checks, and final product verification.
• Develop and maintain product quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, non-conformances, and warranty issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support design for manufacturability, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to quality staff and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and accountability.
• Manage supplier quality, including vendor audits, qualification, and performance monitoring.
