Support day-to-day operations by performing tests, inspections, measurements, and documentation. Perform precision layout inspections and maintaining the gage calibration system and track compliance in the software system. Program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Vision System referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, and job instruction sheets. 
Perform varied quality assurance tasks with minimal supervision such as testing, inspection, measurement, and documentation. Perform and follow up on investigations into quality problems and customer complaints. Perform precision layout inspections, including first piece and on and off-site. Maintain the gage calibration system to assure compliance to ISO 9001. Program and operate the Vision System and CMM to verify that the product is compliant with engineering specifications. Use various tools, machines, and equipment including, but not limited to, personal computers, basic office equipment, and various metrology equipment.
