Expanding  CNC lathe capabilities and seeking a high-performing Machinist to help lead this growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, values consistency, and wants to make a measurable impact on production performance.  Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls and G-Code. Create and edit programs for production and prototype parts. Support additional equipment including Haas VMCs and KOMO routers. Utilize CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or similar). Capture manufacturing data in an ERP system. Machine precision plastic components to tight tolerances.   Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools. Operate secondary/manual equipment as needed.
