We are seeking a second shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for an individual with experience in machine preventative maintenance, repair, troubleshooting electromechanical systems and equipment within a fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment.

This position is full time, second shift working, Monday - Friday, 1:00PM-9:30PM with overtime available during the busy season.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding of packaging equipment in manufacturing environment
  • Repair, install, upgrade new and existing equipment
  • Preventative Maintenance on all production equipment
  • Machine changeovers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment performing essential job duties
  • Experience working in a GMP &/OR SOP environment experience Required
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Works independently
  • Read/write in English (Spanish a huge plus)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient knowledge of electricity, plumbing, conveyors, hydraulic, pneumatics and shop tools
