- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and candidate attributes.
- Source, screen, interview, and build pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and admin roles.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and progress candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding, introducing new hires to company culture, roles, and growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs to build technical, leadership, and professional skills.

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree and two to five (2-5) years of related experience, and SHRM certification, a plus.
• HR experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant computer skills using social media channels for communication and recruitment. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and virtual training tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems, Applicant
