The Sanitation Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the production areas, warehouse spaces, and sanitation-controlled equipment surfaces within established cleaning timelines. This role supports compliance with GMP requirements, Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks, and food safety regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. Ability to follow written procedures, sanitation instructions, and assigned schedules
  3. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  4. Ability to safely work with sanitation chemicals
  5. Ability to use PPE appropriately
  6. Ability to climb ladders and operate floor-scrubbing equipment
  7. Ability to operate forklift and floor scrubber
  8. Ability to complete sanitation documentation accurately and on time
