Oversee system to manage all unplanned issues that arise during the shifts to keep units operational, recording process with communication closure loop.  Utilize 2-shift team to accomplish tasks in a timely fashion.  Streamline production process by managing equipment settings and operation.  Obtain confined space training and certification for irrigation pit work and cleanings. Ensure the team is trained and recorded.  Work with vendors as necessary for scheduled and unscheduled service. Provide the water tech department with technical assistance when needed.
