Specific skill sets- prior test experience preferred- go no go- general manufacturing knowledge- plug in units, power up unit, monitor outputs in computer.  Computer knowledge must have- basic is good as we will train. Input data using basic excel. Responsibilities of the Test Operator:. Perform product specific test set-up and operation. Follow product specific test procedures.. Data enter test results in the quality system and route product to next step in the process.. Identify and report defective components/product. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures. Go no go testing. 
High school diploma and/or equivalent education or experience. 1+ years' experience in related area and/or field. Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids. Knowledge of component value and identification. Basic computer skills.
