Job Description:
The Quality Inspector will perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure bearings, stampings, machined components, incoming materials, and finished products meet established specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, completing first-article and routine inspections, measuring parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, microscopes, and other inspection equipment, documenting test results, identifying nonconforming material, and communicating quality issues to production and supervisory personnel. The inspector will also assist with corrective actions, monitor production processes, maintain and calibrate measuring equipment, and support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
