We're looking for a meticulous Test, Qualification & RMA Technician to handle final testing, calibration, burn-in, repeatability checks, troubleshooting, and shipment documentation for precision robotic equipment used in advanced manufacturing automation. In this role, you'll load controlled firmware and configuration files, calibrate equipment axes, verify sensor, pneumatic/vacuum, I/O, and motion performance, execute approved test protocols, record results, and confirm each unit meets qualification standards before it ships.

Beyond new-build qualification work, you'll also support return/RMA evaluations — troubleshooting returned units and subassemblies, documenting failure modes, pinpointing probable root causes, and recommending practical repair solutions to bring equipment back to spec.
