Job Summary: 
Candidate will communicate with various departments (Sales/Shipping/Finance/Accounts Receivable, etc)

Position will report to the Logistics manager and responsible for In Transit shipment and monitoring /expediting, Freight Review/Auditing Freight-Logistics and track in Excel. Client requires a person to monitor/expedite and track down shipment status from suppliers and vendors.
Client will train candidate as long as they have excellent Customer Service Skills and computer proficient.
Ideal candidate would have worked in a warehouse/shipping type environment

Candidate will be  working with international customers and suppliers. 
Responsible for reviewing and auditing freight invoices and inspecting for accuracies.
Will follow up on delayed or overdue shipments and obtain shipment status.
Will Process RMA and damaged goods returns to suppliers.
Will update information in clients ERP/MRP system (Mfg PRO).
MS Excel experience is required. 
Candidate will need to interface internally with Sales and installation teams as well as outside vendors  and customers.
