  • Troubleshoot manufacturing products using observations and data to support root cause analysis
  • Perform hardware inspections and identify/document quality issues
  • Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring assemblies
  • Read and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and process procedures
  • Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding tooling, processes, and test setups
  • Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support process improvement initiatives including defect reduction and workplace organization efforts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established safety and quality standards
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing among team members

Requirements

  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or technician experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot installation, faults, and repairs
  • Experience using hand tools and small power tools
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly/integration
  • Manufacturing test processes
  • ERP systems
  • Working with engineering teams on tooling and process improvements
