Micro Tech is looking for a Manufacturing Group Leader to join their growing clients team!  This position is working Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Ability to set the day to day production schedule and oversee operators. Will be the pain point between operators and management. Cable experience required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience 
  • Prior lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience preferred
  • Solid safety and quality habits, and dependable attendance
  • Able to work the posted shift and support overtime as needed
