Growing Manufacturing Company has an immediate need for an experienced Yard Worker. Must have 5+years with hands on experience managing outside material warehouse and moving inventory in and out of facility using various types of forklifts/industrial equipment. 

This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits offered day one of employment. 

Job Duties: 

  • Loading/Unloading trucks with steel materials and organizing raw materials in designated areas 
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Safely secure materials onto trucks 
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle steel and other heavy materials
  • Ability to read material tags, work orders, and basic shop/project documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license required with clean driving record
  • Background check; DOT Physical and Drug Test will be required
  • High School Diploma/GED/Trade School equivalent 
  • MA issued 1C Hoisting License preferred
