The Tool Room CNC Set Up position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components to close tolerances of +/- 0.001”. Responsibilities include performing machining operations such as boring, milling, drilling, thread milling, rigid tapping, and other related processes. This position will download preset CNC programs, make necessary offsets and adjustments, verify machine sequences, and monitor machining operations to ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
