• Complete all required inspections and tests as defined by the Manufacturing Production schedule.
• Inspect and test complete mechanical/hydraulic systems utilizing standard procedure with the defined test set-up and equipment; includes basic and advanced testing of complex actuator configurations.
• Review overall mechanical construction against product requirements (Assembly Drawings, Product Configuration Sheet, etc).
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of the final system if the product does not meet specification
• Completes advanced testing reports and inspection documentation.
• Document nonconformances per the ISO 9001 QMS requirement in the Syteline Business System.
