Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, components, and equipment to verify adherence to specifications, standards, and regulations. Review technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance. Utilize various inspection tools and techniques, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and ultrasonic testers. Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities in mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues. Develop and maintain detailed inspection reports and records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during inspections. Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and quality control processes.
