Qualified candidates should bework a piece of machinery which laminates and "bakes" adhesive. Able to use tape measure/ruler/some inspection equipment (micrometers). Prior experience working in a production environment with exposure to 5S and lean manufacturing principles. Any forklift operating experience is a plus as well.   Able to work w/ insulation (protective clothing).
