Recent College Grads - Industrial or Manufacturing Engineers.

Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm

Project based-hands-on
Successfully complete 4 to 6 LEAN projects per fiscal year.

Use the DMAIC or PDCA methodology to lead LEAN projects from scoping through to closure, including financial reporting.

Apply the discipline and rigor of the 5 LEAN principles, 8 Wastes, DMAIC/PDCA methodology and data to projects.

Lead Kaizen events including follow-up coordination of the implementation plan.

Select and use data analysis tools to identify root causes.

Have the ability to work independently and be self-directed with project work.

Have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Provide LEAN expertise to leaders of functional areas within Operations as required.

Assist other Managers with data collection management and/or by scoping potential projects.
