The CSR will be the direct contact for the sales team and our customers.
Will be the first line of support for sales order processing and inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and assisting the operations, sales and marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales teams for your assigned region, sales order processing & coordination, data management within Salesforce, utilizing reports and dashboards to provide outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
- Prompt and accurate entry and acknowledgement of sales orders within 24 hours of receipt to include the coordination of cash in advance payments and shipping
- Data entry and integrity in Salesforce, recording of user information, customer contact information
- Field incoming customer calls and emails related to inquiries and open orders
- Interact with Operations Team to validate lead times, ship dates, and order changes
- Responsible for all record keeping related to customer orders
