Our client has an immediate need for Maintenance Lead. This candidate will be  responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic/pneumatic machinery and  electrical equipment in their manufacturing facility:

Duties and Required Skills Include: 

•  Checking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as  needed
• Troubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plant Scheduling team and overseeing performance
• Participating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and management
• Training of new team members Interacting with clients and vendors in a professional manner
• Ensuring that all assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Working on specified projects and being accountable for completion
