This is a hands-on position where you will be trained as needed and learn on the job. Jobs are assigned to technicians in manageable lots to meet daily production schedules and quality goals.

Attention to detail and good math skills required. You must have the ability to use mechanical measuring devices such as calipers, rulers, micrometers as well as hand tools, power tools, small welders and torches. Ability to follow directions a must as following best practices work instructions is essential to meeting quality goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within a job-shop manufacturing environment
    • Preferable involving small to medium volume runs.
    • Experience a plus, but will train for right candidate.
  • Familiar with tooling, mechanical operations, brazing, welding, hand-tools, and small machine operation
  • High School Diploma
    • Technical School or College AS preferred
  • English language proficiency spoken, written, and reading comprehension
