A Boston-based medical device company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of its proprietary surgical products. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where individual growth and team success go hand in hand. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to manipulate small parts.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, carry.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize varying demands for time.
  • Medical device or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
